The AIBE Exam 18 2023 date is October 29, 2023. Online registration has been start from August 16, 2023 and will end on September 30, 2023. The Bar Council of India has announced the All India Bar Examination schedule and released the dates.

Please note that the passing percentage has been fixed 45% for GEN/OBC candidates, and 40% for SC/ST candidates and disabled candidates.

What is All India Bar Examination

The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is a national level examination conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI). It is a qualifying examination for advocates who wish to practice law in India. It is held annually and is open to all Indian citizens who have completed their law degree and wish to practice as a lawyer in India.

All India Bar Examination Registration has been started from the August 16, 2023 and will close on September 30, 2023. The AIBE 18 exam 2023 online registration form is available on the official website of All India Bar Examination.

AIBE Exam Eligibility Criteria

The following are the eligibility criteria for appearing in the AIBE exam:

  • The candidate must be a citizen of India.
  • The candidate must have a degree in law from a recognized university.
  • The candidate must be an advocate enrolled on the rolls of the State Bar Council.
  • The candidate must not have been disbarred or suspended from practicing law.
  • The candidate must be of good character and conduct.
  • The candidate must not have any criminal convictions.

Note: The AIBE exam is conducted in 11 languages, including English, Hindi, and regional languages. The candidate must choose one of these languages as the medium of the exam.

AIBE 18 Exam Registration Last Date

The last date for Online Registration of AIBE is September 30, 2023. To register for the AIBE 18 exam, candidates must meet certain eligibility criteria and fill out an online application form, which includes submitting personal and educational details, uploading documents, and paying the exam fee by September 30, 2023.

AIBE Exam Fees 2023

The AIBE Exam fee varies based on the category of the candidate. The AIBE Exam 2023 fee is as follows:

  • The AIBE exam fees is Rs 3,500 for General candidates
  • The AIBE exam fees is Rs 2500 for SC/ST candidates

Please note that these fees are subject to change and candidates should check the official website for the latest fee structure. The application fee will be non-refundable.

Candidates can make payment of the application fee by online and offline mode. Offline mode payment can be done through SBI Challan method.

How to Apply for AIBE – Step-by-Step Procedure

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to apply for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE):

  • Visit the official website of All India Bar Examination.
  • Click on the “Registration link AIBE XVIII” on the homepage.
  • Once you are the Registration page, the following steps are required to fill up the AIBE Online application form:
    • SignUp
    • Fill Registration Form and upload Documents
    • Payment
  • First, SignUp by your mobile number and email id.
  • Then Fill in the required personal and educational details in the application form.
  • And then Upload the necessary documents, such as a recent passport size photograph, signature, bar council provisional certificate and a mark sheet copy of your 10th, 12th, Graduation and LLB.
  • After filling all the details, review your application carefully to ensure that all the details are correct and complete.
  • Submit the application form.
  • Pay the application fee through the online payment gateway provided on the website.
  • After paying the application fee, you can print a copy of the application form for your records.

How to Download AIBE Admit Card 2023

The admit card can be downloaded from the All India Bar Examination official website from October 20, 2023. In order to obtain the AIBE 18 Admit Card for 2023, you must submit an online application and pay the registration fee before September 30, 2023.
