For General Category Applicant and below 38 years : Rs. 16665
For General Category Applicant and age between 38-45 years : Rs. 21665

For SC/ST Category Applicant and below 38 years : Rs. 13540

Please Note: Bank drafts are the only way to pay UP Bar Council registration fees. NEFT/RTGS are not accepted. At the time of applying for UP Bar Council registration, the enrollment registration fees should be paid by making a bank draft in favor of Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh, Allahabad.

- Character certificate certified by First Class Magistrate or Judge or Elected Memeber of UP Bar Council or an advocates who are enrolled with the UP Bar Council and have an experience of 10 years or more.
- Proof of residence within the territories of Uttar Pradesh such as Election ID Card, Driving License, Passport, Ration Card, Aadhar Card, or any other reliable residence id proof.
- Affidavit of explanation of gap if any. Notarized on a stamp of Rs. 10.
- Affidavit of the intended place of practice. Notarized on a stamp of Rs. 10.
- Proof of past occupation and cessation of the same if any.
- SC/ST Certificate if applicant belongs to SC/ST category.
- 5 Passport size photographs in Advocate Uniform – White Shirt, Black Pent, Black Coat, and Black tie. You need to affix all 5 photographs on the Enrollment Form at the given place and should be attested by Member Bar Council of U.P or First Class Magistrate.
- Copy of General Stamp Paper of Rs. 500 purchased by applicant in his or her name.
